Our Client Loyalty Reward program is exclusively for you, our valued clients, and is our way of showing our appreciation for your continued loyalty to Richman, O’Hare and Associates.
Once a client earns 50 reward points, they will receive a $50 on-board spending credit on their next reservation.
Terms and Conditions
1. Each passenger 21 and above in a reservation will earn 1 reward point for each vacation night booked through an authorized Richman, O’Hare & Associate agent.
2. Reward points are earned and credited to individual client account upon the completion of the trip.
3. Points earned have no cash value except as a specified reward on the next reservation following the trip when the 50th reward point is credited.
4. Reward choice will be automatically applied to the next reservation.
5. Only 50 points will be used for a reward and any points above that will remain in the client account towards the next reward.
6. Points do not have an expiration date.
7. Points are not transferable.
8. Points are not combinable with another client.
9. Reward can only be redeemed by an authorized agent of Richman, O’Hare & Associates.
10. Richman, O’Hare & Associates reserve the right to modify, change or cancel this program at any time with appropriate advance notice to our clients. Notice of any modifications, changes, or cancellation of the program will be posted in our website, in our monthly newsletter, and via email to our client data base a minimum of 45 days before any modification, change or cancellation becomes effective.
